New Trailers for Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Remake Revealed

Nihon Falcom and GungHo have unveiled fresh promotional trailers for the upcoming Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter remake, available in both English and Japanese. The trailers, each over two minutes long, showcase the game’s narrative and combat segments, offering fans a glimpse of the enhanced visuals and voice acting. Notably, most of the Japanese voice cast has been replaced, with only Takehito Koyasu and Tetsu Inada reprising their roles as Olivier Lenheim and Zin Vathek.

The remake, titled Sora no Kiseki the 1st in Japanese, is set to launch worldwide on September 19 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The trailers highlight the game’s updated graphics and refined gameplay mechanics, aiming to attract both longtime fans and newcomers to the beloved RPG series.

The decision to revamp the voice cast was explained by producer Toshihiro Kondo, who emphasized the need for a fresh approach while retaining key performances.
