1. What Cookie News is

Cookie News is an automated aggregator of good news, health and wellness headlines from public RSS feeds of third-party outlets. We do not write, own, or republish full articles — every headline links to a short summary here, with a clear link back to the original publisher for the full story.

2. The email newsletter

If you subscribe, you choose which categories you want headlines about and how often you want to hear from us (from twice a day to once a week, or weekends only). We only send you headlines matching the categories you picked, at the frequency you picked — nothing else.

We only send an email when there is genuinely new content matching your interests since your last email. If nothing new was published, we simply skip that round rather than sending an empty message.

3. Your data

To send the newsletter we store your email address, the categories you selected, and your chosen frequency. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties. It is used solely to operate this newsletter.

You can update your preferences at any time by subscribing again with the same email address — your new choices replace the old ones.

4. Unsubscribing

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you immediately — no login, no confirmation e-mail, no questions asked.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use Cookie News or its newsletter after a change means you accept the updated terms.
